On the evening of August 3, after he signed the Commonwealth’s budget, Governor Shapiro shockingly let out a press release stating he was not going to renew the Real Alternatives Contract that provides statewide pregnancy and parenting support to women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. Please take these three actions below to restore the award winning taxpayer-funded pregnancy and parenting support program that has provided alternatives to abortion to 350,000 women in the Commonwealth the last 27 years!
